Sophia Bennett

Hello! My name is Sophia and I work with students who want to combine strong academic storytelling with strategic application positioning. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of advising a wide range of applicants—from first-generation college students to consultants, entrepreneurs, and public policy researchers pursuing top law schools. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each student’s background and helping them translate their experiences into a clear, authentic, and compelling narrative. My advising style focuses on helping applicants develop cohesive stories that connect their experiences, intellectual interests, and long-term career goals in a way that feels both intentional and true to who they are. I previously worked as a litigation associate in New York, an experience that grounded my understanding of rigorous writing, advocacy, and professional development, before transitioning into admissions consulting and mentorship full-time. I especially enjoy working closely with students on refining personal statements, preparing for admissions interviews, and navigating scholarship negotiations. For me, the most rewarding part of this work is helping students feel more confident in how they present themselves and more clear about the direction they want to take next.
