By accessing or using Lawly you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of service
Lawly provides a platform connecting applicants with law school admissions consultants. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
Accounts
You must create an account to book sessions or offer consulting. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are subject to consultant availability. Payment is collected at the time of booking or as otherwise stated. Prices are in the currency shown. You authorize Lawly to charge the payment method you provide.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are as stated at the time of purchase and in our Refund Policy. Achieving specific outcomes (e.g. admission) is not guaranteed; we do not provide refunds based on results. Cancellation windows may apply; see your order details.
Conduct
You may not harass, abuse, or discriminate against consultants or other users. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to circumvent fees or policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
Lawly and its logos, design, and content are owned by Lawly LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. Content you submit (e.g. reviews) you grant us a license to use for operating the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawly is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount beyond the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and may notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
