-Tracking food-related litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits across federal and state courts -The research will create a tracker of plaintiffs' and defense attorneys who have been involved in or show potential for filing food-related class action lawsuits in the next 2-3 years. Moreover, it will track trends, identify potential new legal theories, and document patterns in where cases are filed, who is filing them, and evolving subject matters. -The findings will support the Resnick Center's work and may contribute to Cy Prey awards.
